Gaydar Reveals New Management Team and Investment Partner to Reinvigorate the Global Dating Scene
Gaydar is delighted to announce that the business has secured an investment partner that will ensure that one of the world’s best known gay brands continues to evolve and bring innovation to the gay dating market.
Gaydar’s CEO Trevor Martin, has been backed with investment by Charlie Parsons Creative, to form a new look management team that will reinvigorate the dating brand in both the UK and emerging markets.
The Gaydar business includes Gaydar.net and GaydarGirls.com dating sites, mobile sites and app. With over six million registered members across more than 140 countries, it is one of the most popular global gay dating brands.

This announcement follows a period of change for Gaydar which is now focused entirely on the dating business. As part of the management changes, Henry Badenhorst has left the business and the new management team, led by Trevor Martin, will include Charlie Parsons and Mark Speeks who will both join the Gaydar board of directors with immediate effect.
The gay community has already begun to see some of the planned changes. A new Gaydar brand identity was recently launched which reflects a more modern and confident mood, followed by Gaydar on your mobile, a personalised service which improves the customer experience across mobile platforms. Members of the GaydarGirls dating sites will also see some fantastic new product features added in the coming months.
The new management team also plans to continue the investment made in helping social causes within the LGBT community. Trevor Martin continues:
