Dinah lasts a week, from March 30th running through until April 4th and there is always a good line up of events and celeb appearances. This year features a comedy performance from Lea Delaria and musical performances from Elle King, Angel Haze and DJ Samantha Ronson. Palm Springs itself is a great holiday break as well. There are a ton of bars and independent stores as well as the option of taking a cable car all the way up into the mountains to spend the day looking at some of the most beautiful sights you will ever see. Another favourite is Key West in Florida. The Florida Keys is renown for being gay-friendly, as well as having a rich history in marine biology. So if dolphins and coral are your thing it’s a perfect place to brush up on your sea life knowledge. Key West is a very laid back sort of place with opportunities to snorkel or dive and see the beautiful coral reefs there also enjoy the drive on great long road going into Key West itself.

Going to the countries that celebrate Pride in a big way can also be fun and a great way of discovering a new city. Sydney is also a hugely popular gay destination and Sydney’s Pride 2016 is also set to run wild this year.
